Nachos and Long Weekends.

Someone wrote a book on how to make nachos, and I hate to admit it, but I think it'd probably be worth the read.

I forgot that summers in Canada have two long weekends. I don't have any big plans (besides some totally extreme napping, a little advanced sunbathing and a dance-a-thon) but I couldn't be more excited.

Happy Civic Holiday! Hope it's an amazing one.

great post!

nachos are the worlds most delicious food (along with corndogs). my personal tip is to take the time to bake the nachos in the oven, rather than a quick zap in the microwave. it makes the chips nice and fresh tasting.

as a side, i am most probably going to have a nacho cheese fountain at my wedding.

Fountain? Fantastic idea!
My microwave has been broken for 3 weeks, and I don't think I'll be fixing it anytime soon. I've learned that everything tastes better out of the oven (plus you can totally make microwave popcorn on the stove in a pot, regardless of what people tell you).
